Cancellation & Refund Policy

An “Electronic Ticket” containing reservation information for tours and excursions purchased from Turkey Majestic Website and/or Turkey Majestic center and/or intermediary travel agency is transmitted to the Consumer. The package tour contract submitted in the attachment of the Electronic Ticket is accepted by the Consumer. Cancellation and refund conditions are deemed to have started between the Consumer and Turkey Majestic with the package tour contract. Cancellation and refund conditions are regulated according to the relevant articles of the package tour contract and are an integral part of it.

Cancellation and return conditions of Package Tour Agreement between Turkey Majestic and the Consumer;

1. REFUND ON PROMOTIONAL TOURS;
There is absolutely no right to cancel after making a reservation for promotional or campaign products.

2. REFUND ON INTERNATIONAL TOURS;
Unless otherwise stated, in case of cancellation or cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the tour, the price paid is refunded to the consumer without any deduction, excluding the expenses arising from compulsory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations. The consumer agrees and undertakes to pay the entire cost of the trip to Turkey Majestic as compensation for cancellation or change requests less than 30 days before the start of the trip.

3. RETURN ON SHIP TOURS;
Unless otherwise stated in cruise tours, in case of cancellation or cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the cruise, the price paid is refunded to the consumer, without any deduction, excluding the expenses arising from compulsory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations. The consumer agrees and undertakes to pay the entire cost of the trip to Turkey Majestic as compensation for cancellation or change requests less than 60 days before the start of the trip.

4. REFUND ON DOMESTIC TOURS;
Unless otherwise stated in domestic tours, in case of cancellation or cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the tour, the price paid without any deduction is refunded to the consumer, excluding the expenses arising from compulsory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations. The consumer agrees and undertakes to pay the entire cost of the trip to Turkey Majestic as compensation for cancellation or change requests less than 30 days before the start of the trip.

5. REFUND ON DAILY TOURS;
Unless otherwise stated in daily tours, in case of cancellation or cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the tour, the price paid is refunded to the consumer, without any deduction, excluding the expenses arising from compulsory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations. The consumer agrees and undertakes to pay the entire cost of the trip to Turkey Majestic as compensation for cancellation or change requests less than 30 days before the start of the trip.

6. AIRLINE, TRAIN, SHIP ETC. REFUND ON TOURS INCLUDING TICKETS;
In all package tours that include the services of different carriers such as Airline, Train transportation; With the purchase of the package tour, Ticket rules will apply in cancellation and waiver requests, as a Ticket is issued from the Carrier company on behalf of the Consumer. Since the ticket rules of the carrier company are regulated by International and different Transport laws and have a framework other than Package tour laws and laws, the above-mentioned Package Tour cancellation rules are not applicable to these services. The consumer accepts in advance that Turkey Majestic is an intermediary between him and the carrier company when he purchases a Package tour. Carrier company ticket rules start when the consumer buys the package tour and continue until they complete the relevant trip. In the tour cancellations of the consumer who has purchased a package tour containing the tickets of different carriers, all or a part of the fee paid in accordance with the relevant ticket rules, regardless of the remaining time to the tour movement, is refunded by deducting the expenses arising from taxes, fees and similar legal obligations that must be paid to the carrier company from the tour fee. The ticket rules of the Carrier company are also valid for the Consumer’s Tour cancellations due to the circumstances considered as force majeure and/or health. Even if Turkey Majestic Consumer decides to return the tour price by accepting the force majeure, the carrier company has no means of preventing the deductions that can be made on the ticket prices. Turkey Majestic has no responsibility for these possible deductions and the Consumer has no right to claim compensation from Turkey Majestic.

7. NAME CHANGE, TRANSFER RIGHT ON ALL TOURS;
7.1 General rules in case of name changes in package tours;
In International Tours, it can be done free of charge until 30 days from the sale of the tour to the departure of the tour.
In Domestic Tours, it can be done free of charge until 15 days from the sale of the tour to the departure of the tour.
In Daily Tours, it can be done free of charge until 7 days from the sale of the tour to the departure of the tour.
For requests made less than these times; There may be cases where name changes are made with a certain extra fee and/or Some services change and some services do not allow name changes and/or no changes can be made. In such cases, the difference fee resulting from the name change is conveyed to the consumer. Upon the acceptance of this additional cost by the Consumer, the necessary name change is made. In case the Consumer fails to pay the difference after the change is made, Turkey Majestic has the right to cancel the entire reservation and/or recourse all costs to the Consumer. Name changes are made upon consumer request and approval. All change requests sent verbally and/or in writing to Turkey Majestic by phone, mail, sms are considered as the customer’s approval.
7.2 Visa fees of the Participants whose visa procedures have been completed regarding the transferred tours in overseas tours are not refundable. The visa responsibilities of the participants who take over the package tour will belong to them. Turkey Majestic does not have any responsibility in case they do not have a visa or a visa is not issued until the start date of the tour despite the fact that they have applied. In such a case, the agency collects the entire tour cost from the transferor and/or transferee.

8 INTERMEDIATE FLIGHT, VISA, INSURANCE CANCELLATION ON TOURS;
Visa and insurance fees and, if any, domestic connection airfares offered with the tour are not refundable for international travels and cruises.

9. CANCELLATION IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE AND/OR HEALTH CASE;
Force majeure for the consumer or his/her first degree relatives, severe accident that prevents the consumer from fulfilling any of the provisions of the package tour contract, serious illness requiring treatment, death situations are considered force majeure for the CONSUMER. The consumer has to prove the existence of force majeure with a valid document to be obtained from official institutions and state hospitals. In case of a written notice of termination, less than 30 days (60 days for cruises) before the start of the package tour, due to a situation that the consumer could not foresee and prevent despite all due diligence, or due to the force majeure reasons specified in this article, taxes, fees, etc., which must be paid, are obligatory. Except for the costs arising from legal obligations and the non-refundable costs that can be paid and documented to third parties, the price paid by the consumer without any deduction is returned to the consumer within 14 days after the notification of termination is received by Turkey Majestic. In case this cancellation is covered by an insurance pursuant to the law numbered 1618, the required refund is made by the insurance company and the realization period of the refund varies depending on the insurance claim refund process. Turkey Majestic is responsible for the duration of insurance refund procedures and paperwork.

10. TOUR CANCELLATION BY TURKEY Majestic;
Turkey Majestic reserves the right to partially or completely cancel the tours due to failure to reach the tour quorum, weather and road conditions, force majeure and/or similar reasons. This situation is notified to the Consumer at least 7 days before the departure of the tour in international tours, at least 2 days before the departure date of the tour in domestic tours, and 1 day before the departure of the tour in daily tours. Turkey Majestic returns the full payment of the Consumer within 14 days in such cancellation cases. The consumer has no right to demand compensation from Turkey Majestic regarding this cancellation.

11. CREDIT CARD RETURNS;
For refunds made to a credit card, it may take up to 14 working days for the refund to be reflected on the card, depending on the working conditions of the banks. If the consumer requests a refund to their bank for a Package tour purchased with a credit card, Turkey Majestic cancellation and refund conditions apply. There is no right to demand the credit card payment back from the bank in accordance with the cancellation and return conditions accepted when purchasing the package tour. Credit card refunds can only be made by Turkey Majestic.
